It’s true… MTV’s hawtest show, TRL will be calling it quits after ten years on the air. Gosh, I remember when Keith and I were still pretty new to NYC back in ‘99, we’d go past 1515 Broadway and there’d just be like swarms of kids piled in the street (were any of them you?) to see these new acts like Britney Spears and The Backstreet Boys. It was beyond exciting. Well, those days will soon be over. TRL will shutter with a two-hour special on a Saturday sometime in November. TRL, you’ve been the best and we’ll forever have Carson Daly in our hearts. Thanks for the memories!
