**DRUNKER THAN PAULA ABDUL DURING HOLLYWOOD WEEK ALERTZ**
Get out your ballots, because it was vote or die on the Upper East Side this week! Between political hoaxes, Bathroom Boy and war of the BFFs this episode was jam-packed with drama, drama, drama. But before you cast your votes for biggest scandal of the week, let’s break down the important issues!

Okay, I cannot lie, I have become a HUGE fan of Olivia and Dan! Of course I’ve ALWAYS loved Dan [he plays Scrabble with this family!] but I think they are just too cute together. But right off of the bat I knew something was going down between the two of them because Hil-Duff started acting all wonky and antsy. I was so nervous it was gonna be bad! Bathroom Boy was totes the new Balloon Boy as the whole city seemed to be whispering about Dan and his little “incident”. I didn’t even think it was that bad! Hills totes blew it way out of proportion, Dan is a down to earth dude. He wasn’t even phased! In fact, his biggest concern was that he forgot about his and Olivia’s one month anniversary. Cue the “Awwwws!” because that’s just too ah-door-bell. How funny was the actual truth behind the Bathroom Boy fiasco? I was dying when Dan admitted that he was actually just trying to dry the sweat from his shirt with a hand dryer [not gonna lie, TOTES been there, no shame!]. Things are really looking up for the two of them, which can only mean one thing. There’s a scandal on the horizon!
Meanwhile, on the political front, it’s election day and with the failed Buckley photo scandal, our two conniving Archibald’s are looking for a “miracle” to help Tripp win. There were some shifty eyes going on between those two so I knew the scandals were just heating up. “Luckily” for Tripp a man just happened to fall into the Hudson river, right in front of him and boy did he dive right in [shoes and all!]. It was obvz a set-up, but little did we know that Vanessa would be the one to figure it out! Ohhhh V. She never should have admitted what she found out to Nate because he turned right around and played her like a fool. Even though Vanessa ended up getting the truth out there regardless of Nate’s faux reporter hijink, everything turned out alright for the Archibald’s. Tripp won the election, Nate confessed to save everyone’s butts, V’s footage made it on the news and we even saw a smidgen of…FLIRTING between our girl S and Tripp! Could our new congressmen be led astray by the beguiling of one Miss Serena Van Der Woodsen?
Speaking of S, there was quite the Cold War going on between her and Blair this episode. Our two leading ladies were sure throwing out the threats! In one corner we’ve got Serena, challenging B to show up with a real friend to Tripp’s party. In the other corner we’ve got Blair, challenging Serena to show up with her boyfriend, not her job. But Blair isn’t friends with staff and she needs a friend fast! Lucky for her, a mysterious blonde with a great bag showed up just in time. S, however was not having such luck. All her “boyfriend” wanted to do was talk about Miley [totes cracked up at the “they must have seen her on the pole at the TCA’s” line] and drink the night away.
But nothing’s fair in jealousy and scheming and Blair ended up with a prostitute friend and Serena with a drunken hot mess! Seems like both girls got what they deserved- a face full of cake and a more than embarrassing date. Naturally, there was an epic showdown, but for once, Blair made a valid point. While B and the gang are all off growing and starting their lives, Serena is still living the same old same, just with a new “title”. I think Blair must have knocked some sense into our girl S though because she shoved Patrick Robinson [Robert Pattinson anyone?!] into a car with a little love note to KC saying “I QUIT”. However, I sense that just simply won’t solve all of S and B’s dramaz. Have our two beloved BFFs finally called it splitsville for good? What will happen to Nate know that he’s on the outs with…everyone?! Who’s gonna start the drama for Olivia and Dan?! [come on, we KNOW it’s coming]. Stay tuned next week, you know you love me!
